99% of the time the product is on backorder. This means that you paid for the item and Standard Process is shipping the rest of the order from one of its warehouses. Most of the time it is on its way, but contact us for an anticipated ship date if you are worried.
We automatically send tracking information when the warehouse packs your order. If you didn't receive it via email then the email is in your junk email filter or we have the wrong email.
Sometimes your order didn't fulfill and generate a tracking number for reasons such as payment issues, address problems, fraud filters, etc. Contact us with the form below so we can investigate your issue and provide a tracking number.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and take returns on a case by case basis. If you know that you will return the product before you open it, then do not open the bottle, it will make things easier on our end.
