This ghee has a subtle caramelized flavor, with a nutty undertone that makes it the perfect cooking companion. Easy to cook with and adds a very subtle flavor!
Use in any form of cooking without concern of overheating up to 485F; sauté, roast, grill, and even bake. It's also lovely as a finishing butter and can be spread like butter too (French toast anyone?!).

It's deep yellow and orange-like color comes from carotene. Think carrots! It has more carotene and vitamin A than conventional butter, which often appears white and waxy in color. Think anemic!
That's because cows raised on pasture produce milk fat with an equally balanced ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 fatty acids (a 1-to-1 ratio).
